When you browse

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels, tracking scripts or embeds. It stores nothing in your browser. Your package, billing and VAT choices on the receipt and the price tables exist only in the open page and reset when you reload it.

Cloudflare serves and secures the site. Hosting providers process technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser information to deliver pages, prevent abuse and diagnose faults. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website. Cloudflare’s privacy policy explains its processing.

When you make an enquiry

The contact form asks for your email address and a message, and optionally your business name and the package you are interested in. When you press “Send message”, these are sent to this site’s server (a Cloudflare Pages Function), which emails them to us through Postmark. We do not keep them in a database. Nothing is sent until you submit the form.

To tell people from automated bots, the form runs a short proof-of-work check in your browser (a small calculation that takes a moment) and uses a hidden field and a minimum fill time. No third-party service is involved and nothing about you is collected for it. The form needs JavaScript for this check; without it, email [email protected] instead.

If you use the form or email us, we process your address, message and any details you provide to answer your questions, discuss a potential project and maintain relevant records. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to general business correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your enquiry.

Who sees your information

Information is available to those who need it to handle your enquiry and to service providers who work for us: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Postmark (email delivery for the contact form) and Google (our business email and records). We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information outside the UK; where required, applicable adequacy decisions or approved contractual safeguards are used. If you become a client

Packages are sold under the zxn brand. If you buy or order a package, the zxn privacy notice describes how we handle your business details, the material you give us, payments through Stripe and the AI tools we use to draft work.

How long we keep it

We normally retain unsuccessful project enquiries for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then delete or anonymise them unless there is a reason to keep them longer, such as a dispute. Accounting and contractual records may need longer retention to meet legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. If we change the tools

Any analytics, recordings or advertising tools added to this site will need an updated notice and appropriate controls before activation.
